El aceite es un elemento esencial para el buen funcionamiento del motor y para una mayor longevidad del mismo. Una vez finalizado el vertido, añadir por la parte del tapón de rellenado el equivalente a un vaso de aceite nuevo para limpiar los últimos residuos del aceite usado. Una vez finalizado el vertido de este nuevo aceite añadido, volver a colocar el tornillo del cárter de aceite con su nueva junta. Verter aproximadamente las tres cuartas partes de la cantidad total de aceite recomendada por el fabricante. Esperar un minuto y poner en marcha el motor durante unos segundos para reiniciar el circuito de presión de aceite, en el caso de que se ilumine el indicador del aceite, puede cortar el contacto. Añada una pequeña cantidad (aprox. 10 cl) hasta obtener un nivel de aceite sobre la marca «maxi» de la varilla. No se olvide de volver a colocar el tapón de rellenado de aceite.
